The Story

Our melt-in-the-mouth oat biscuit. This is our original classic, and is a perfect accompaniment to cheese. All of these luxury biscuits are baked and packed by a small team at Williams Handbaked bakery in Preston, Lancashire.

Ingredients: Oats (36%), Sugar, Margarine (vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), Water, salt, Emulsifer: Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, colours: curcumin, annatto bixin, flavouring), shortening (palm oil, rapeseed oil), wholemeal Wheat flour, wheat flour (with calcium, iron, naicin, thiamin), liquid  pasturised whole egg, raising agents: sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate.
