A savoury combination of rosemary and lemon thyme from our farm, teamed with Nocellara and Cuquillo olives and lemon, with big hits of fresh grapefruit. Completing this offering are classic gin botanicals that include liquorice, cassia, cardamom, almond, coriander and orris root.
